My first week at a new summer job

Working at a museum is going to be so cool! There is tons of history packed into the galleries and I love wandering through them. Boomtown Street is delightful! It’s a replica of a Saskatchewan town in 1910, complete with sights and sounds. (Just missing the smells!)

There was also a special program happening for pre-schoolers called Giddy Up & Whoa. There were some adorable animals out in the barn and the kids went on wagon rides thanks to some gorgeous horses and awesome museum volunteers. It was a great week to start for a vet student! 😊

Goodale Farm

We did a lab out at Goodale Farm and spent a crazy amount of time petting the fluffy farm cat.

Rodeo with Momma

Mom and I spent a fun afternoon out at OK Corral watching the U of S rodeo. It was extremely muddy after many days of rain, but the horses and riders stuck it out and we really enjoyed the rodeo.

These little duckies were strutting around by the engineering building and I thought it looked like a cute little duck date. 🙂
